According to TMZ and the recording in their post, Don Imus made a comment that will be deemed racist no matter how he tries to spin it. This will be worse than what he did before.
While talking about “Pacman” Jones getting into legal trouble Don asked, “What color is he?”
Someone says, “He is African American.”
What I guess is Don Imus says, “Well there you go.”
You can’t really spin or explain that can you?
Wow. Dumb. Stupid. Dumbelievable. This one will get ugly I think. The only thing that may save him is the country’s low attention span and that this is someone with legal troubles not a group of female college basketball players minding their own business.
Al Sharpton has already mobilized his track suit wardrobe. Does he still wear those?
UPDATE: Don Imus says he was being sarcastic. I’m glad that it took him a day to decide that but it won’t be bought. But this is not grabbing the national attention it did before.
Someone on the radio said that this comment wasn’t pushed as hard as the first by the same group because they don’t want “race” to be an issue during the Presidential Race. I find this comment to be worse than the first and surprising it hasn’t whipped different groups into a frenzy.
And in the clips I hear, Imus sounds drunk, very tired or that he has had a stroke. He would put me to sleep.

So one of the Extreme Makeover homes is in foreclosure. They apparently don’t want to sell it because of the emotional ties to their daughter who passed away from cancer.
Do they think that their daughter would want the house ripped from them? Do they think that she would want them to ask more and more people for help? Or do you think that she would want them to take this gift to make a new home.
Sell the home and live in another home with no debt. You are prolonging the pain this way. This is not honoring her.

According to ThisIsLondon.co.uk, a man was told to remove his shirt because it was offensive.
Brad Jayakody was wearing a Transformers shirt with Optimus Prime holding a gun. I don’t understand it. I am surprised that the guard is the one who pulled him aside. I expected it to be some 40 or 50 year-old busy body woman with too much time on her hands.
This is a dumbelievable as when we couldn’t carry nail clippers. Have they changed that yet? The only reason the terrorist were able to do anything on 9-11 was because no one expected a crash. A hostage situation or a flight to Cuba maybe but not a crash. Short of a Howitzer, no weapon will stop people from confronting any hijacker much less nail clippers or a f*&king shirt.
